| In this part we will insert a copy of the data file into MS Word and create the form we will use in the merge. | ||
| As we learned
previously, click in the upper left corner of the grid to
Select All
(Ctrl+A) the data on the sheet. Then click
Edit ->
Copy (Ctrl+C) to place the data in the Windows Clipboard.
Next open Word. Click Edit -> Paste and the copy of your database will appear in the document. Save to \My Documents\MailMerge\mergedata.doc then close the document. |
