The only remaining task is to Print the merged documents.
  

 

As you can see, there are only 3 simple choices.  You can print one record, all records or a range of records.

In selecting All to results are obvious.
In selecting Current Record you may find it useful in testing your letter for print placement, size, etc.
In selecting a From/To range it is helpful with a very large database or printing replacements for letters which
                 became unusable due to printer problems, incorrect data, etc.
